Open-air entertainment

We are locked in concrete cages and when we are out we get into iron cages. We have our homes and our cars and so on and we are never on the fresh air you know. We see this world surround us through windows of our cars and busses and the whole iron and concrete stuff. But, we shouldn’t live like that because people need fresh air for breathing and fresh air makes people healthier and improves their immunity. So, in case there is a free time for you, in case you are having your day-off I guess it would be great for you to go out and to leave this city and have some fun on open-air. You know, there are millions of kinds of entertainment when you are out, you can play ball together with your friends or your family. You can also play something like tennis or badminton or something. No matter on the kind of entertainment you will choose you will still have great fun because open-air entertainment is the best possible entertainment. So, leave those cages no matter whether they are made of wood or iron or something else. Leave those and go some place that will help you to recall what the real entertainment is.

The Housewarming party

It is also a kind of an entertainment and it is one of the brightest reasons for a party and at the same time it is the most trouble party. As a rule you ask your friends and friends of your friends to visit you and have fun and celebrate your new home together. And you actually think about the quantity of your guests and you prepare food and drinks for them. But, in most cases it happens so that there are always twice more people you were expected to see. It is common for people to share their thoughts and plans with others and those others think it is okay if they visit that party together with their friends. When you have a day off or you have your weekend or you just have enough of time to have fun with your friends and you have enough time for entertainment you can go to the movies. You will never feel watching movies at home the same way you would feel when at cinema. So, it is all about technology and now about visiting cinema. Visiting cinema is always fun in case you go there with your friends. First of all it is not necessary to go straight to the cinema at once but you can meet someplace else before. You can meet there and chats there are eat something tasty or just have fun together. After you done with chatting or eating or whatever you are going to do you can go to the cinema and have fun there. It is always great to watch some kind of comedy movie when there are a lot of your friends around you and you can laugh together.

We do much in the name of entertainment

We do much in the name of entertainment. We are a people in need of perpetual entertainment, and we will throw parties, drink, and do drugs as we look for a deeper level of entertainment. We are a people who engage in sex for entertainment and we are a people who can never be entertained by the TV no matter how many stations are at our disposal. We love to be entertained and we take our entertainment seriously. Many of us can’t even go one weekend without seeking out the nearest form of entertainment, even if it means we end up alone and sick from our efforts. Entertainment drives us. It is the reason we go to work sometimes and it is our light at the end of every week long tunnel. We are literally obsessed with our own entertainment.

Entertainment has taken such a strong hold on us that we are often at a loss for what to do with some down time, some time to be alone with our own thoughts and feelings. Do we use our perpetual entertainment to avoid thinking about things or to avoid being responsible? Do we look to entertainment to solve our problems or do we recognize that our entertainment is exactly what causes our problems? I am not just talking about the young. There are plenty of adults that are still using entertainment as a main source for their lifestyle, and the consequences mean nothing. There are plenty of people in their thirties and forties losing their right to drive and facing jail time thanks to their perpetual search for entertainment.

Entertainment Addiction

Panem et circenses', or bread and shows, were everywhere and always throughout history. When people covered their primitive requirements to eat, sleep, etc they needed entertainment. That's why its industry has developed far throughout history. And now, there are a lot of ways of having fun.
But usually they are very expensive. More and more people spend most of their income on entertainment. I will tell you how to spend the least possible money to have the most fun. If you need to paint your house, for example, ask your friends if they have some paint left and if they do, invite them to a painting party. One brings tools, other brings paints, and you provide music and some food like tea and cookies. It's a very useful fun, isn't it?
If you're bored, there's nothing to do and you're lack of money, there's a perfect solution to all of your problems. Just invite your friends and organize a kind of poetry party or a video party where you will have a lot of fun reciting poems or watching videos you've just made. Play some games, and your evening won't be such a boring thing.

Today we observe the situation, when people, who belong to different cultural heritages, live close to each other. Thus people today have more opportunities to get to know other cultures and traditions. I think that this favors tolerance, mutual understanding and hope for the future without interconfessional encounters and misunderstanding. Besides, the number of mixed marriages is increasing exponentially. Thus people understand that things which separate us are obsolete and are very far from reality. We have much more in common than we thought before. All people of the world experience happiness and sorrow equally. Other feelings are also experienced equally. Everything which separates us from each other is nothing else than an external influence and is unnatural. Many people are afraid of cultural mishmash. They think that when diversity disappears, all people become the same, they think and act the same and thus it becomes easier to manipulate them. However, I think that these conspiracy theories are created by schizophrenics and are very far from the real state of affairs. The fact that people have more and more in common proves that people understand each other better and soon there will be no wars and misunderstanding. We are staying on the edge of a new era, the era of prosperity and friendliness.

Multiculturism

Our world becomes globalized. This process is close to its end. All cultures lose their originality and identity. People watch the same TV programs, eat food, produced by the same mega corporations, etc. people of different countries find more and more common in their everyday life and all differences now seem occasional and accidental. Besides, all differences are insignificant in comparison with common features. People become unified and similar to each other. There are advantages and disadvantages of this process. Among advantages are the gradual vanishing of all borders, easiness in finding mutual understanding, etc. Among disadvantages we can mention the vanishing of national languages and cultural diversity. All advantages and disadvantages are questionable, there are many views on this problem and different people have different ideas about these changes. Antiglobalists try hard to oppose these inevitable changes. All their attempts are useless and ineffective. Globalization is an integral part of the overall development of our world. Trying to stop the process of globalization means trying to stop development, which is impossible. Development is comparable with perpetual motion machine, which is impossible to stop.
